SALES
Please allow 24 hours for replies on social media and emails throughout any White Fox & Co sale periods. Please allow up to 5 workings days for orders to be dispatched through sale periods.
Please note - we can not add or change orders throughout sale periods due to the share volume of orders we receive. Please choose carefully, as we do not exchange or refund on items purchased on sale or sale campaigns.
Due to the heavily discounted items currently in the sale section, discount codes are not redeemable on sale items at this time.
Items such as oversized, new or pre order will not be part of our sales. Discount codes can not be combined.

White Fox & Co does not offer returns or exchanges on sale items or refunds.
White Fox & Co do not offer refunds on change of mind.
Due to hygiene reasons we do not exchange or offer refunds on swimwear, hats, hairbrushes, bedding or pacifiers.
Faulty Goods
Returns of faulty goods must be returned to White Fox & Co within 14 days. White Fox & Co pride ourselves on the brands and products we stock. We do check every item prior to shipping to ensure no faults. If you do happen to receive a faulty item please get in touch via our contact page.

White Fox & Co offer Afterpay, LayBuy, PayPal and credit card as forms of payment.
Colours
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products shown on this Website. However, because the colour you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitors display of any colour will be accurate.
White Fox & Co Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue and can only be used for online purchases at www.whitefoxandco.co.nz If you would like to buy something at a lesser value than the voucher, the voucher retains the unused value and can be used at a later date as long as it is within 12 months of the original purchase date. If you would like to purchase an item at greater value than the voucher you can pay the balance of the item using a credit card.
Social media giveaway winner discount codes are non transferable, and are valid strictly for 3 months from date competition closes. Giveaway discount codes can not be used to purchase gift vouchers and are non refundable.
White Fox & Co is bound by the privacy act 1993, we will never disclose any of your information to any other party. All information received by you is stored securely and is treated as confidential. White Fox & Co does not store any credit card details. All payments a handled securely.
